Religious Show 2008
|
The highlight of the Religious Festival was none other than the Religious Show. Held on 22nd May 2008 (Thurs) during the 7th - 8th periods, it was staged by committees from the Christian Union and all Forms 1-4 and 6 were invited. Songs and dances were interspersed among the many scenes of the drama. The intriguing dance steps were certainly designed by the Christian Union, but to top it all a theme song was composed as well.
The story depicted the path of a teacher's career, from his graduation to his first job. Having been defied by students and overwhelmed by unfavourable circumstances, he resigned. Nonetheless, after a radio broadcast of his heartfelt reflections (and partially to match the theme of the festival "Tears of Reward"), he won his students' affection and continued as a dignified teacher in the school. It was an enjoyable performance through and through. |
