Welcome to the official website of the Students' Union of Saint Joseph's College for the year 2009-2010!

"We love the way we swim! We love the way we win!" Shouting at the top of our lungs from the beginning to the end, the cheering team showed unparalleled passion for our school¡¦s swimming team.

Our swimmers strove for excellence on every match. With vitality and power, our swimmers broke new records and achieved remarkable results in both relay and individual events.

In the afternoon, more Josephians joined in to cheer for our swimming team. It had been an uphill battle as our arch opponent from across the Harbour was victorious in many events. All Josephians chanted themselves hoarse. Our requests were finally answered at the 4 x 50m B Grade Medley Relay. Chances of winning were slim but we unexpectedly came first by beating our sworn rival at a small margin of 0.7 seconds. Everyone ran into a craze and together we gave the mighty SJC FOREVER chant. Our voice resounded all throughout the pool. At times, we cheered together with La Salle College students which lifted our spirits to an all time high. In the end, our team got the 1st runner-up in overall results.

We are proud of our swimmers whom we know had done their best. Our unbeatable Josephians' spirit would surely lead us back to championship, and the day of revival would not be far.

The Dress Special Day jointly organized by the Students' Union and the Social Service Group has given a chance for students to dress in a casual style and show their altruism through donating a considerable amount of money.

The Fire Drill was conducted in the 2nd lesson. After that, a flag rising ceremony was held to commemorate the 60th Anniversary of the establishment of the People's Republic of China. After that, a speech by our President, Alan Yip, was given to all students, in addition to a heart-moving cheering session.

The 3-day Form 1 Orientation Programme was held in the New Hall to provide an opportunity for Form 1 students to know more eabout their new secondary school life.
