Secondary 1 Admission Talk (2024 / 2025)
(Registration starts at 9:00a.m. on 6 November 2023)

The Secondary One Admission Talk will be held at 12:30 pm (first session) and 3:00 pm (second session), details of the briefing session are listed as follows:

Programmes:

Speeches given by Supervisor, Principal and Vice Principals, Q&A Session, etc.

II. Application
1. Distribution of Application Form

i. Students from St. Joseph's Primary School
Please follow instructions given by St. Joseph's Primary School.

ii. Students from other primary schools
Starting from 28 November 2023, applicants may download the application form from our school website (Download) or obtain it in person from the School Office.


2. Submission of Application Form

Please submit your application in person to the School Office. Applications sent by post, fax, or email will NOT be accepted. For those who opt for submission through the SSPA e-Platform, please refer to EDB guidelines.

Application Period : 2 - 16 January 2024 (except Sundays and Public Holidays)

Office Hours :
Monday to Friday : 9:00 am - 4:30 pm
Saturday : 9:00 am - 12:00 noon

Documents Required :
i. Photocopy of the applicant's Hong Kong Identity Card
ii. The Education Bureau's Application Form
iii. The School's Application Form
iv. Photocopies of supporting documents, including school report cards for Primary 5 (whole year) and Primary 6 (first term)

Please note that letters of recommendation from teachers/principal of primary school are NOT required.
Late applications will NOT be accepted.

III. Interview

All applicants will be invited for an interview on 24 February 2024 (Saturday).

V. Release of Results

Parents of all successful applicants will be notified of their results for Discretionary Places on 27 March 2024 (Wednesday) by email and telephone.
The allocation results will be released on 9 July 2024 (Tuesday) through Central Allocation.
