Functions of the year:

1. Recruitment Week

Scheduled time: October

We are planning to set up a counter and a decorative board in the New Hall to recruit new members. We have decided not to hand out leaflets this year as to avoid unnecessary waste. This year we shall collect a membership fee of $20 to maintain our expenditure.

2. Annual General Meeting

Scheduled time: October

We shall hold the meeting as soon as possible after the recruitment week. In the meeting we shall introduce our activities more thoroughly to our members. It will also be the chance for members to express their opinions on the club's year plan.

3. General Meeting

Scheduled time: October to May

We are planning to hold general meetings after school throughout the academic year, every Monday and Friday. We shall give advice to members on playing board games and card games, and give them the precious chances to play board and card games at school.

4. Green and White Day

Scheduled time: March

We shall run a booth to let visitors know more about the club. At the same time, we shall provide relevant games. Details are to be confirmed.
